Con ellos hice el tour de Base Torres del Paine y fue una experiencia increíble.
Desde un día antes tienen comunicación clara, te dan opción de comprar los alimentos necesarios para el tour, que dicho sea de paso vale totalmente la pena: el sabor, las porciones y los ingredientes son de muy buena calidad.
El día del tour, la comunicación es clara, son puntuales y muy amables. Siempre están atento a cómo te vas sintiendo, tienen personal guiando y barriendo al grupo. Te dan tips, información geológica específica, toman fotos y opciones por si el recorrido está siendo muy demandante. Son claros en los tiempos de descanso.
Se nota que son personas muy bien preparadas, con pasión por lo que hacen y que respetan el entorno.
En definitiva, cuando vuelva, haré otro circuito con ellos.

We chose the Paine Viewpoints Full Day Trek from Natales. The guides were great, they picked us at the hotel with noticing few minutes before via Whatsapp, very good English speakers. Overall I would definitely recommend this agency. Jorge

I would definitely recommend W Circuit to anyone considering booking. Ramiro and Alex were amazing guides! The views are stunning and the trip was very well organised. Ramiro went above and beyond to arrange support when one of our group fell unexpectedly ill - we really appreciated the safety-concious and compassionate guides. Thank you!

Felipe and driver Jaime were awesome! Funny and knowledgeable, they also made a huge effort to be inclusive and personable to everyone. The tour itself was fantastic with stops at all the most breathtaking views!

Felipe and Jaime helped us navigate the park in a day with highlights shown to us in a matter of hours. Was in the park a few years ago but this time the group and I were shown more viewpoints etc. thanks guys.

Magnífica experiencia con esta agencia y con el dúo Pancho (guia) y Camila (conductora). Pura amabilidad y profesionalidad. Hemos aprendido muchas cosas y admirado sitios hermosísimos. Teníamos un poco de miedo de aburrirnos, ¡pero ha sido todo lo contrario!

We booked the 3 day W circuit tour through Howlanders and can only recommend the experience to anyone. Our guide Ramiro was excellent, he was super knowledgeable about the history and the park, moreover he was extremely flexible with the structure of the hikes and considerate when one of our group did not feel up for the full hike during the first day. We always felt like we were in good hands and all enjoyed our time with him. The hikes themselves are breathtaking, some of the most beautiful sights I have seen in nature. The communication with the agency was also great, very flexible and fast responses. Furthermore, they were very diligent about any dietary restrictions and about any questions/requests we had. The campsite was also well equipped and everything was well provided for us, moreover it was great fun to have snacks and chit chat.
I can only recommend the tour to anyone who wants to see these amazing hikes and be accompanied by an amazing guide, with a guide we were also shown different viewpoints and it was much easier to gauge the terrain and distance, rather than going alone.
